Refund Policy

At Embernote, we want our customers to feel confident and secure in their purchase. Since our products are digital in nature, each has a specific refund policy.

1. Deliverable Digital Content

Non-Refundable Digital Content:

All Embernote Vault clips, templates, upsells, and add-on files are non-returnable once accessed.

Defective File Replacement:

If you receive a corrupted or defective digital file, we will provide a replacement within 2 business days of verified defect. Please contact our support team with details of the issue.

Partial Refunds (Trainings Only):

Refunds are available only for the training and support portions of your purchase (where applicable).

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Eligible refunds are approx. 40–50% of the product price.
  • Upsells, add-ons, and bonuses are not refundable.
  • Immediate refund requests without valid reason or usage may be considered invalid.

2. Complete System Products

We offer a 365-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Complete all the training modules.
  • Implement the steps taught inside the program.
  • Provide proof of action (content created, systems implemented, etc.).

If, after following the system for a year, you do not achieve results, you may request a refund.

Refund requests without proof of action will not be accepted.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, email support@embernotevault.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Registered email address
  • Reason for refund (with required proof for complete system products)

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Continued use of our products means you accept the updated terms.
